An urban redevelopment initiative turning a former railroad marshalling yards to a self contained and self sufficient urban center. The development comprises residential, commercial and offices spaces with public parks and public facilities.

The buildings interlock into each other in a design narrative signifying the interdependence and symbiosis between each element. As an extension, signifying the same between the different backgrounds of people in society that brings them together as a strong community. The buildings are interspersed with open spaces and public gardens where the gardens tie the whole composition together.
