Accounts & Admin. Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities: –

  1. To ensure Project billed within the timeline and monitor AR to ensure payment collected
  2. Prepare payment vouchers for Management Approval
  3. To ensure monthly expenses payment are paid promptly
  4. To ensure all yearly Subscription and Insurance Coverage are paid promptly
  5. Validate staff’s monthly travelling claims and supplier’s invoices
  6. Familiar with Banking Services
  7. Handle office administrative duties, ie upkeep of office and staff welfare
  8. Liaise with Company Secretary on Secretarial matters

Requirements: –

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy. SPM with Accounting Experience will also be considered 
  2. 1 – 2 years of working experience. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
  3. Competent user of AutoCount Accounting System and Microsoft Office ie Excel and Word will be added advantage
  4. Have a good personality such as trustworthy, responsible and committed
  5. Accurate, meticulous, have initiative and able to work independently
  6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail


Project Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities: –

  1. Assist Senior Project Architects in schematic design, project implementation and contract administration
  2. Convert concept drawings to schematic drawings and prepare all necessary relevant presentation material independently.
  3. Prepare, develop, review and modify presentation, 3D modeling and architectural drawings.
  4. Prepare documents & drawings for submission or construction purposes
  5. Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.
  6. Coordinate project technical details with Client, consultants, contractors etc
  7. Develop solutions to complex technical problems.
  8. Review Shop Drawings, Request for Information (RFI) independently.
  9. Assist in preparation and management of contract, ie. issuance of Architect’s Instruction (AI), letters, evaluation of EOT & etc.
  10. Chair Site Meeting and Technical Coordination Meeting
  11. Liaise with relevant local Authorities on submissions and approvals
  12. Site visit to check if work done in accordance with drawings.
  13. Ensure that all tasks are carried out to our standards, guidelines and regulations.


  1. Master in Architecture, Part II from a recognized institution. Fresh graduates are welcomed
  2. Proficient in Microsoft office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software. Knowledge in Lumion and Revit or is an added advantage
  4. Proficient in Building Contract matters, from preparation of tender documents to building contract administration i.e. types of contract, issuance of certificates, evaluation of extension of time etc
  5. Have necessary project management skills during construction, which includes leading the project team, monitoring the site progress, checking the work program etc
  6. Proficient in relavant authority requirements i.e UBBL, Strata Title Act, Housing Development Act etc
  7. Experience in high-rise project will be preferred
  8. Fast Learner and a team player
  9. Good working attitude and communication skill
  10. Good communication skills in English 
  11. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
