The idea is to extend this atypical greenery into a built form, creating a somewhat organic architecture that is quite different from the straight Cartesian lines of modern architecture that abounds in the surrounding area.

What is innovative and unique about the building is in the transmutation of natural elements into an architectural form. From below, the layered petal like perforations that cover the car park podium reminds us of the rough base of a tree trunk. As we climb higher, the visual language utilises soft rounded balconies that are arranged in a harmonic order much like leaves of a tree climber as it winds its way up the tree. This distinctive form and pattern of winding leaves that shape the façade is created by varying the shape, size and orientation of the balconies.
